Milk Order
Beginning Tuesday, September 3rd, 2% low fat white milk, and 1% chocolate milk will be available to children at lunch.
Parents who have children in the Pre-Kindergarten may order an additional milk for morning snack time if desired.
Since we receive reimbursement from the Federal Government, it is possible to serve milk to the children at a considerable reduction. The cost for each child to receive a half pint of milk for the Fall Semester (Sept-Jan) will be $10.00.
Please complete the following information and return the form with payment, to the School Office on or before the first day of school, August 27. Having the information ahead of time makes it possible for us to place an accurate order with the Dairy.
