Spiritual Development
Fostering the spiritual development of our students is the primary mission of the school. Instruction in the faith permeates every aspect of school life.
The teaching of Christian doctrine receives special emphasis in every grade. Second Grade children prepare to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Eucharist. Eighth Grade students prepare for the Sacrament of Confirmation.
The liturgical life of the school is vibrant as daily prayer, opportunities for the reception of the Sacrament of Penance and regularly scheduled school Masses provide our students with a rich liturgical experience.
Personal, family, local, and global concerns are addressed from a Christian perspective. Little Flower, in partnership with the parents, endeavors to provide the students with a strong moral framework that can help them to live a good Christian life. Students are encouraged to respond to one another with love and a sense of justice and to reach out to the needy of this world in their Christian Service projects.
