About Our Classes
Little Flower School has a staff of 30 teachers, 7 full-time aides, and a school counselor. There are three Pre-Kindergarten classrooms and two classrooms at each grade level from Kindergarten through Grade 5. All students attend class daily from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

The Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Programs
Each classroom is staffed by a teacher and a full-time aide. Students participate in Physical Education, Music, Library, and Art classes once a week.
The Primary Grades
Grade 1-3 classrooms are staffed by a teacher and a full-time aide. Students participate in Foreign Language (French or Spanish) classes once a week and in Physical Education, Music, Library, and Art classes twice a week.
The Intermediate Grades
Grade 4-5 classrooms are staffed by two homeroom teachers, and students rotate to departmental teachers of core subjects in reduced-size groups. Students participate in Foreign Language (French or Spanish) classes twice a week and in Physical Education, Music, Library, Computer, and Art Classes once a week.
The Upper Grades
Grade 6-8 classrooms are staffed by a homeroom teacher, and students rotate to departmental teachers of core subjects in reduced-size groups. Students participate in Foreign Language (French or Spanish) classes three times a week and Physical Education, Music, and Art once a week. Middle School students also have quarterly Choice classes from which they have a selection of options ranging from HSPT Prep, Filmmaking, Knitting, PE Fitness, Movement and Meditation, to Cooking.
